The pages of the book are in good condition with a picture of Roscoe Conkling and tissue guard in the front of the book. There is a complimentary stamp on the front end page that reads 'Compliments of Geo. F. Roesch, Member of Assembly'. The book contains the proceedings of the Senate and Assembly of the State of New York in relation to the death of Ex-Senator Roscoe Conkling held at the Capitol, May 9, 1888. 10 1/4" x 7"; 53 pages.
