Covers slightly worn, with back cover scuffed, in places; large colored label pasted on the front cover slightly rubbed, with small chip missing, and clear tape repairing a tear; small, light dampstains in a few margins; otherwise nearly VG ; A bright, solid, clean, intact, marking-free copy, in the original tan cloth covers, with a large pictorial paper label on the front cover in good, though not pristine, condition. Cover label is basically a light blue-green, with black lettering, as a frame for a color photo of ten national guardsmen in their uniforms. The folding map of the battlefield at the rear of the book is in really good condition, moreover.; 12mo 7" - 7½" tall; 416 pages; "Sub-titles," in effect, on the front cover: "War Stories of the 167th U. S. Infantry... National Guardsmen... Just 'Tin' Soldiers, But Mighty Avengers of Wrongs Done Humanity.". Good+ .
