Neuchâtel, Henri Wolfrath, 1845 (title), 1846 ("avant-propos"), gr. in-8vo, 2 leaves + 8 p. + 26 handcoloured plates + 25 leaves with explan. text, lower right corner of first plate (Belladone) and upper half of its explan. text torn off (minimal loss of image, loss of some 6 or 7 lines of text), corner of a few pages slightly crumpled, tiny corner of second plate torn off, some watercolour staining on 4 or 5 plates and one textleaf, brown-, dust- and finger-stains mainly in the margins, rubbed boards, cloth spine, spine ends and corners chipped and bumped. ¶ First edition, with fine handcoloured plates of poisonous plants and fruit.
