BARCLAIUS, JO. (JOHANNES) (1582-1621): Argenis.
Lugd. Bat. (Leiden), ex officina Elzeviriana, 1627, sm. in-12, 6 ll, with fine engraved title + 791 p. + 11 p., browning, without first free fly leaf, vellum binding, very good. ¶ First of seven editions published by the Elzeviers of this allegorical novel, according to Willems very rare. Please notify before visiting to see a book. Prices are excl. VAT/TVA (only Switzerland) & postage.
