From Jose Luera, Gefatura de Partido, the Villa of Galeana, March 18, 1830, to the Alcalde of Carrizal conveying a decree of the federalist Governor of the State concerning elections for the Third Constitutional Congress. 4 pp. (on 1 folded sheet). Shows much concern for the honesty of the elections, in contrast to previous elections. The centrist Vice-President Anastacio Bustamente had just deposed federalist President Guerrero on Jan. 1, 1830. Closing is "Dios, Ley y Federacion."
