Green wrappers over stiff cardboard covers, with black lettering. This copy from the Cornhill Press printing archives. Supposedly the press was to have destroyed all remaining copies of this unauthorized edition. Fine and uncut, and evidently uncirculated. At any rate an uncommon item. .
