Herbert White helped found the Connecticut Institute for the Blind in 1893 and served as treasurer for the American Foundation for the Blind. A nice association copy. Faint evidence of removal of bookplates on the front and rear pastedowns; dulling of the spine with neat removal of library numbers. Very Good, lacking the dustwrapper .
