SIGNED and dated by Roosevelt as President on the original front endpaper "with regards of/Theodore Roosevelt/May 2d, 1904." The Panama Canal Treaty was made into law two days later on May 4th, 1904. An attractively bound copy in Fine condition housed in a green cloth slipcase with morocco spine label, also in Fine condition .
