   ¶ First Canadian edition printed from the Greening sheets with a Canadian title and copyright page. Eight black and white plates by H.M/ Brock. In plain brown wraps with a floral device of a pimpernel on the front cover, identical to the design of the English edition. Apparently published in both a hardcover and softcover edition.
