Illustrated with color plates by Arthur Rackham and black-and-white chapter head and tail drawings. 9 1/4 x 6 1/2. Bound in navy blue cloth with gilt decorations, vignette and title on the front cover, gilt vignette and title on the spine. The end papers have line drawings by Rackham. Some shelf wear along the edges and at the spine ends, the rear, blank end paper is creased and has a piece missing from the corner. The last page of the book has a small tear and small piece missing from the margin, not affecting the text. Except as noted, the book is tight, the gilt is very bright and overall it is Very Good.
