Cloth, 4.5 x 7". 242pp inc index plus 6-page publisher's catalogue - Loosmore was an early proponent of the self-help movement, writing a series of such books. Book (with book token advertisement bookmark and 4-page brochure for Loosmore's other books laid in) is immaculate except for foxing, esp to page edges. DJ (not price-clipped) has much edgewear, some soiling, a 4-inch closed tear to the front flap fold and a 1-inch open tear ending in a 2-inch closed tear to the bottom of the spine and up the spine edge of the front panel.
