Full-Leather, 6.5 x 10". 72pp inc b+w frontis photo and four other b+w photos plus six architectural plates - The contents were originally published in the "Transactions of the Leicestershire Archaeological Society". It tells the history of the city's old Town Hall and describes the chief stages of its structural development. Covers (brown leather with bright gilt titles and crest to front board and bright gilt titles to spine) are lightly rubbed with some fading of spine. Textblock is immaculate. Very Good +/No Jacket.

Covers (pale blue cloth with gilt titles to spine) are slightly edgeworn. Textblock immaculate except for inscription to FEP, noting that this book was "bought at the Pavilion" on "Boxing Day 1961". Very Good +/No Jacket.
