In a complete, attractive pictorial dustjacket featuring a drawing of Lindbergh rising out of the ocean above his plane, The Spirit of St. Louis, by F. Quilter. A little chipping to the top of the spine and one closed tear at the top of the front panel and some light soiling to the rear panel's white border. Otherwise, a very handsome copy in dustjacket. With original price of "21s net" on the inside front flap.

Inscribed by the famed aviator's daughter, Reeve: "To B.F.--best wishes from Charles Lindbergh's daughter, Reeve Lindbergh. November 4, 1998." NF/VG- in sparkling bright blue cloth stamped brightly in gilt on the front boards and the spine. The front boards feature a gilt drawing of The Spirit of St. Louis. In a heavily chipped and edgeworn dustjacket. Heavy chipping at the top and bottom of the spine which is also quite faded and soiled.

NY. G.P. Putnam's Sons. 1927. First "Authors Autograph Edition" (1927). One thousand copies of this edition have been printed for sale. Each copy bears the autograph signature of the author. This copy is also signed by the Publishers, G.P. Putnams Sons. Illustrated with 52 splendid photographs of Lindbergh, friends, planes, and dignitaries. Also included are drawings of Lindbergh, his plane, and 2 facsimile pages of the manuscript bound in. Signed/Limited edition: this being #323/1000 copies signed by "Charles A. Lindbergh" and "G.P.Putnams Sons" in ink on the limitation page. VG+ Internally tight and clean. Bound in a parchment spine stamped in gold and brown paper-covered boards stamped brightly in gold. A handsome production with light wear to the top of the spine ends and along the parchment edges with a 1/4" separation at the top left corner. Light soiling to the parchment and two small stains to the rear boards; top corners bumped. A handsome, collectible copy of the scarce signed/limited Lindbergh.

Great endpapers of soldiers rushing the enemy while a biplane flies overhead.With numerous photoplay plates; plate opposite p. 74 has been lightly creased twice. VG+/VG+ in finely woven blue cloth stamped in black on the front boards and spine. In a delightful pictorial dustjacket showing numerous biplanes in action descending to avoid the enemy. Wings is printed in yellow with orange edging. With a picture of John Monk Saunders and a brief biography on the rear panel. With light edge-wear across the top and some rubbing along folds. With a couple of tiny closed tears.
