DAVID, ELIZABETH.:  Elizabeth David's Christmas .

Compiled by Jill Norman comprising some recipes and ideas which Elizabeth David put together to aid her family and friends make their Christmas food without having to bother her for the recipes. Much of this was compiled in the 60's and 70's and contains the usual gems of wisdom from this wonderful writer, who knew how to invigorate the art of cookery by fine writing. I recommend this little book as a great adjunct to any food library or Eliz David devotee.
