Small area of faint whitish staining on the front cover. Some scuffing to the covers and extremities, with light bumping to the corners. Binding and text block are tight, with minor to moderate scattered foxing throughout and some pages being rather darkened. A few pages have parentheses in pencil in the margins next to the text. This volume has what appears to be the prices that the books achieved at auction, written in pencil in the margin of the text. These notations are in the first half of the book. In GOOD+ condition. Some soiling to the covers. Uneven darkening to the covers, especially along the extremities. Extremities bumped and scuffed. Small dark stain present at the upper spine. Spine very sunned. Inner text clean and solid with the aforementioned writing present, as well as minor darkening to the pages. Verso of the ffep with some soiling. In GOOD+ condition. Good/No Jacket.

Library bookplate present. Moderate to heavy soiling, scuffing, and uneven fading to the covers. Several ink spots across the front cover. Two spots of brownish staining to the rear cover. Heavy scuffing to the extremities. Despite heavy wear to the exterior, the interior is clean and intact, with general darkening to the pages. One page has a small tear in the lower margin that had been repaired with tape. It does not affect the text. Solid reading/reference copy, ex-library in POOR/FAIR condition. Poor/No Jacket.
