Hard Cover with dust jacket, Ill.: Tandy, this book is a collection of opposites. first the outside appearance is fair, the edges are frayed and spine is bit darker from being on the shelf than the cover. The cover material is linen like, the printing is orange on dark blue with the Nancy symbol on cover, the spine has orange lettering. paper is very good. The book has a glossy frontis and 2 of the 3 glossies within the book. I have judged it to be Farrah's format #3, Axe's format #2. EP#2. The dj is the classic Tandy painting but I believe it to be a 1952 one, it has the nancy symbol on the spine. So what you have here is abook which will look nice on your shelf, the dj has the top and bottom edge pieces missing ,top and botto os spine very rubbed but the cover is not sunned, it is still very attractive. There isn't any writing in the book. the back flap of the dj listsDG 1-14, the back list VB 1-7. The verso of the title page lists ND to Message in the hollow oak. so a very early printing with an older printing dj. an attractive and useful copy. Good/Good.
