Volume one hinge starting at the frontis, but otherwise the bindings are sound and the interiors clean. All jackets have modest edge and extremity wear; vols. 1 and 4 each have some short tears at the folds. All jackets are complete and still fairly attractive. Very Good in Very Good Dustjackets. Ribbon markers in all volumes. The author was awarded the Nobel Prize for Literature in 1965 on the strength of this work. Lightly edge worn with some dulling of the spine gilt on all volumes. Volume one hinge starting at the frontis, but otherwise the bindings are sound and the interiors clean. All jackets have modest edge and extremity wear; vols. 1 and 4 each have some short tears at the folds. All jackets are complete and still fairly attractive. Very Good in Very Good Dustjackets.
