Cabot was famous for his role as Jack Driscoll in "King Kong" (1933) and appeared in over 100 movies between 1931-1971. A prolific supporting actor, he was in 12 John Wayne films. Mowery became a leading lady for Columbia Pictures B-movies and later guest starred in roles on TV. Among them 'Perry Mason' and 'Sea Hunt'. Very Good.

Select Pictures. 1920. Publicity photograph (10 x 8 inch) for the film "She Loves and Lies" in which Norma Talmadge plays the role of Marie Callender. Image of a man in a chair with a young woman on his lap while Ms Talmadge looks on in disqust. Normqa Talmadge (1893-1957) was one of the most successful silent film stars who also produced films and owned her own film company. She is most famous for SMILIN' THROUGH (1922), her most successful movie, SECRETS (1924), and THE LADY (1925). she made films on the east and west coasts, some 300 plus in all. Married producer Joseph Schenck who helped guide her carrier before she retired wealthy after the end of the silent film era. Ms Talmadge began the custom in 1927 of foot prints in wet cement at Graman's Chinese Theater. Very Good.

With her sisters she was in a series of four movies FOUR DAUGHTERS (1938), FOUR WIVES (1939), FOUR MOTHERS (1941) AND DAUGHTERS COURAGEOUS (1943). By 1946 Lola retired from films. She was married five times. Fine.

He was inducted into the Black Film Makers Hall of Fame in 1973. He did not recieve name credit in "Sin Town". Other actors in the photo are Broderick Crawford (1911-1961), Constance Bennett (1904-1965), Leo Carrillo (1881-1961) and Oscar O'Shea (1881-1960). Fine.

Lane Chandler (1899-1972) grew up on a ranch in Montana and moved to Hollywood in the 1920s where he got bit parts in westerns for Paramount Studios. In silent films he had leading roles opposite Clara Bow, Greta Garbo, Esther Ralson, among others. With the advent of talkies he was relagated to supporting roles in westerns and appeared in 50 TV episodes, the likes of Gunsmoke, Rawhide, and Wagon Train. He quit acting after 1966. Fine.
