Paris, Galerie Manzi-Joyant., 1918, First Edition. Printed Wrappers, 8vo, 58pp, 40 b&w illustrations. Text in French. This is the sale catalogue from November 17th & 18th 1918 of most of the remaining prints from the famed Impressionist artist's studio following his death. Held in three sessions, three hundred and seventeen lots in all were auctioned. This is a remarkably well preserved copy showing some toning (as is typical) to the wrappers, plus light wear along the spine. The textblock is still tight and bright, and this bears a tiny presentation in ink "with love, F.P." from noted art dealer Frank Perls on the front free endpaper.. Very Good -.
