Foster (1881 - 1961) was an author, radical labor organizer, and Secretary of the Communist Party USA from 1945 to 1957. He would also lead the Steel Strike of 1919 and would organize packinghouse industry workers in the 1910s. His current booklet featured chapters on local and national industrial councils, the state federation of labor, etc. Very good .
