Inscribed and signed by the author on the title page. Neal Brown (1856 - 1917) was a lawyer, businessman, politician, philanthropist, and author. He was the founder and co-founder of the Wausau Street Railway Company, Marathon Paper Mills, Chisolm Electric Company, and others. He would be elected to the State Assembly in 1890 and to the State Senate in 1892. Very good .
