Original maroon cloth gilt, black eps, uncut. Spine darkened; small neat repairs to spine cloth; soiling to margins of pages beside the large plans; repaired closed tears to gutter-margins and adjoining panels of multi-folding plans. Royal Institution of Great Britain blind-stamp to title-page with Society of Arts presentation letter tipped in to ffep recto.
