Full-page color illustrations by Albert Kaye and A.E. Kennedy. Good.

This is evidently a pirated edition, as we could find no reference to this title, which refers to "Animals" rather than "Animated Nature." Good.

New York, E. Byron Bayne, 1913. 1st Edition, 8vo - over 7¾ - 9¾" tall. Soft cover. William Adickes. A very early, original color panorama drawing of the New York Zoological Park, now the Bronx Zoo. The panorama was drawn by William Adickes, and was published by E. Byron Bayne, in 1913. It illustrates the overall layout of the park and many of its prominent structures Measures 15 x 27 inches, and folds neatly into its original 9 1/2 x 4 1/4 inch card stock folder. There are many modern reproductions of this panorama on the market, however, this is the original 1913 printing, NOT a recent reprint. It is over 100 years old and is still in very good condition. It has one tiny archival tape reinforcement on one of its folds. Folder shows light handling. Very Good/No Jacket.
