Wigan: printed by D. Lyon, sold by White, et al, 1809. 4to. Pp [iii]-ix[i], [ii], ii, ii, [ii], 28, 52 hand-coloured plates (with guards) accompanied by letterpress description. Contemporary half calf re-spined with earlier title in gilt laid down, marbled sides and leaf-edges. Binding lightly rubbed; lacks half-title; light stain to lower fore-edge corner of first few plates not affecting images. Ex-reference library with following evidence: small round ink-stamp to title-page and preface; oblong ink-stamp and MS. notes in a small neat hand to title verso; blind-stamps to plate margins.
