Mykhailo Drakhomanov (1841 - 1895) was a Ukrainian economist, historian, philosopher, political theorist, educator, ethnographer, and one of the leaders of the Kyiv Hromada. He was exiled to Geneva in 1876, where he would write the first systematic political program for the Ukrainian National Movement. Very good .

The Organization for the Rebirth of Ukraine, known as ODVU, or ODWU was a Ukrainian nationalist political organization in the US, ideologically close to the Organization of Ukrainian Nationalists and founded in 1930-1931 by OUN operative Omelian Senyk. Extremely popular, the organization would develop 78 branches by 1940, including the above mentioned Youth of ODWU for young people and Ukrainian Gold Cross for women. Very good .
