Corners worn, edges rubbed, gilt partially worn, front endpaper corner chipped, rear endpaper vertically creased, small amount of scattered foxing and margin thumb prints, binding is sound. Wonderful documentation with photos and commentary of Portland in the 1890s. Good/No Jacket.

Includes birdseye views of New York and Philadelpia. Cover is spotted, chipped and worn. Contents are corner-chipped and illustration backings are foxed, but illustrations are quite clear. Good.
