Original pictorial colour printed embossed card wraps. As new. Notes from colophon: "The cuts used throughout this booklet are from the knife of Joseph Crawhall, and are but one hundred years old." "Two hundred copies ... have been made and numbered, the first forty on a Barcham Green hand made paper. The type face is Verona, and has been set by hand because the gaffer likes it that way. All done in August 1996."
