Jack, no date Hard cover green decorated bds, some wear at corners and spine ends, illust. to upper bd fading, some speckled fading to bds in places, upper bd bowed inwards, Fair, faint pencil inscript. to ffep dated 1917, hinge cracked at title and through text but holding, with colour full pge plates, , 'sea lions and seal' has closed tear to margin and a little of the picture, 'hippopotamus' has a corner crease and closed tear to corner, quite a few plates are loose and leading edges are a bit dog-eared, plates 'lion', 'bison' and 'butterfly, bee and spider' are missing out of the 48, a fragile but interesting copy, pp103.
