In each corner female personifications of the four elements with biblical scene in the background; in strapwork symbols related to the elements. Inscribed on the oval frame: 'CAROLA BVRBONIA D.G. PRIN. AVR. CO: NASS. &C. AET. ANN. XXIII A. M.LXXXI'.
