'The publication of this classic in 1933 was to all intents and purposes the first publication of William Cobbetts own connected story of his eventful career until he took his seat in the reformed House of Commons.' New Edition. In a cloth binding with original paper wraps. Externally, excellent with just some minor shelfwear and bumping to the top and tail of the spine. Internally, firmly bound, bright and clean but with some spotting to the text block edge. The dustwrapper is generally smart but with wear, light spotting and some small occasional tears to the spine. It has been covered with by protective plastic jacket. Near Fine . Ill.: None.
