Orders taken by email, internet, post or telephone. Payment in Advance. We can hold books for up to 14 days on request. We will confirm your order and notify you of dispatch once we have packaged the book and processed payment. All orders are subject to avalability (we try very hard to ensure our online listings are correct, but occasionally there are errors or slight delays in deleting sold books.

It is extremely important to us that you are pleased with your order. If you are not completely satisfied with your book/s, they may be returned (in the same condition) within 30 days of receipt. If we have made an error describing the book we will pay the cost of return postage. If you do return a book, please contact us first and let us know why, so that we can continually improve our service. This does not effect your statutory rights.
