A study and lecture, delivered by a professor of the Imperial Kharkiv University, it contained interesting and occasionally somewhat bizarre statements on diet psychology, or on the relationship between different foods and the physical and mental health of people and their character traits. Some of the topics included the consumption of meat and its relation to alcoholism; the all-meat diet of American tribes in the far north and their being healthy, beautiful, blood-thursty, and sometimes-cruel; a high-phosphorus diet and its impact on mental health, etc. OCLC lists 1 copy at the NLM; none other in the trade.
