Two issues of an interesting and unusual journal, published monthly in the 1950s by the Ice Cream Merchandising Institute, they contained suggestions on proper handling and retailing of ice cream, caring for one's soda fountain, training the "dispensers" (ie. ice cream shop employees), and general money-making ideas. Very good .
