Arnold's music was widely acclaimed in the 1950s but as tastes changed he was increasingly marginalized. As the blurb states the composer turned in upon himself, in acts of self destruction. By the 1980s he was institutionalized and his career seemed over. This work recounts the subsequent rehabilitation of the man and his music. There is no liability for failure to deliver within the estimated timescale. Postage will be charged at cost and at buyer's request by air or surface mail, and will automatically include full insurance cover.
