The history of the table which has hung on the wall of the Great Hall of Winchester Castle for over six hundred years. 533 pages including index. Stamp on front end paper says the book was slightly damaged in transit - the only ""damage"" we can find are two small bumps to top edge of rear cover. Internally text block is immaculate. Binding is square and tight. 28 colour plates + numerous b&w illustrations. Very Good/Near Fine.
