New York: October House, 1966. 8vo. 141 pp. Very good in gilt-lettered red cloth with very good dust jacket. Dust jacket soiled and stained with light wear to edges. Some scuff marks to covers, esp. on back cover which is marked with two straight white lines as chalk marks or similar. However, book is near fine with regard to physical wear: edges, corners, etc. almost perfectly preserved, with pages crisp and white. Inscribed by Ruth Whitman, editor and translator, "for Carter Burden" on front flyleaf. .
