Shipping and handling is according to weight. Please e-mail for actual amount prior to placing order or putting through PayPal payment, and specify what shipping speed you would like. Rough guidelines: One book by media mail if shipped to U.S. address is $4.60. Oversize or bulky books to U.S. addresses are $9.50 for the first book, more for additional books, according to weight. Overseas shipments (out of the U.S.) are all sent via airmail: $11 for most light or small books, $23-$37 for most large or heavy books.
