Book is in VG- condition; edges of boards are worn, and corners are bumped and frayed. Cloth on rear board is wrinkled slightly along bottom edge, and top and bottom edges of spine are worn. Spine is heavily sunned. There is a small yellow stain on front endpaper and binding is visible between rear board and rear endpaper. Binding is tight and interior is clean. 261 pp. plus index. .

Shipping and handling is according to weight. Please e-mail for actual amount prior to placing order or putting through PayPal payment, and specify what shipping speed you would like. Rough guidelines: One book by media mail if shipped to U.S. address is $4.60. Oversize or bulky books to U.S. addresses are $9.50 for the first book, more for additional books, according to weight. Overseas shipments (out of the U.S.) are all sent via airmail: $11 for most light or small books, $23-$37 for most large or heavy books.
