We work hard on having packing material which survive the post. We have pretty much seen everything that the postal service (at home and abroad) can do to a package and we have designed our service to avoid it.
We usually send books the working day following your order(and sometimes the same day). However, if you pay us by cheque, we will reserve your book and ship it upon receipt of your cheque.
We prefer to send everything within the UK first class and to Europe, the USA, Canada and the rest of the world we post by Airmail. We feel that surface mail is too slow and we do not charge extra for airmail. We have priced our shipping competitively. We do not try to make a profit on packing and shipping. We have based the costs on an average cost for the region.
U.K. - £3.45 for the first book; each additional book in the order just £2
Europe - £4.50 for the first book; each additional book in the order just £2.50
USA and Canada - £7.50 for the first book; each additional book in the order just £5.50
Rest of the world - £8.50 for the first book; each additional book in the order just £6.50
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return the book within seven days of receipt. A full refund of the purchase price will be given. Please advise us by e-mail or telephone prior to returning the book. Please pack the book to the same standard as sent and send us a proof of posting.
