Dec 9 for Military Mail
Dec 12 for International Priority air mail
Dec 14 for media mail - USA delivery only
Dec 15 for International express air mail
Dec 19 for Priority - USA delivery only
Dec 21 for Express - USA delivery only

We are willing to ship via UPS and FedEx, however those rates are not standard and will need to be quoted.

Books are subject to prior sale. Please call or e-mail to hold book(s).
Books are shipped upon receipt of payment.
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, and Postal Money Orders. Checks and International Money Orders drawn from a US bank are also accepted.
Shipping:
We apologize for the necessary lengthy shipping description due to the recent post office increases.
International orders are welcome and shipping information is at the end of this text block.
If shipping preference is not indicated, we will send the books Priority for all local and international orders.
Shipping is weight and distance dependent.

Within the continental USA:
Priority (2-5 business day delivery) starts at $8.00 **.
If the book(s) will not fit in to the USPS flat rate box, we will quote/confirm shipping costs for the first book in an order and for all multiple book orders. Shipping is dependent upon weight and zip code.

USA only: Book/Media Rate (2-4 week delivery) starts at $6.00 ** for the first book ordered, + $1.00 for each additional book ordered the same day (or within 2 hours). Shipping is dependent upon weight and zip code.

Orders outside the continental US, but within US jurisdiction will be quoted.

Books may be returned within 10 days if not as described.
NJ residents add 7% sales tax.

International orders are welcome.
Customs requires a phone number for all international shipping, especially Canada.
Please provide a phone number with your order.

Any book that will fit into the (global) priority PAPERBOARD envelope will be automatically shipped:
Global Priority (4-10 day delivery) for $14.00** ($12.00** Canada only).
If it will not fit we will quote/confirm shipping options/preferences.
