From the family's mountainous accumulation of Fairbanks photographs, clippings, film stills, and letters, and from the Pickfair papers, Douglas has culled an extraordinary collection of images that create a vivid, amusing, sometimes poignant picture of the life and times of the two Fairbankses and those close to them. Filmographies of both Fairbankses are included . Ex-lib w/pocket, library stamps, embossed name on ffep and p.95 & call # (on DJ, not on book's spine) . DJ, which is protected by clear plastic, was taped to covers, leaving tape marks. DJ is clean with minor wear. Top and bottom 1/16" of binding is faded, o/w binding is clean (except for tape marks) and sound, with very minor wear. Contents are clean and unmarked. This a very heavy book, and is not eligible for Prioriy or Air under standard fees. VG - / VG - .. VG-/VG- .
