Parmigianino had perhaps the elegant style of all the High Renaissance Masters. He was also among the first Italian painters to publish engravings of his own works, thereby spreading his reputation throughout Europe. This book is a complete study of his life and work which includes reproductions of several important paintings that have recently been cleaned and restored.
