Ink printed call letters on front cover, labels inside the covers, perforated title-page and stamped on the back of each plate. Worn at the edges and the hinges are cracked. The first few leaves are chipped, a strip of the front free endpaper is attached to the following leaf. 68 pages of text followed by 47 collotype pages. Two half-tone illustrations precede the text.
