Small blemish, about three-quarter inch, on pages 6 and 7 where they had stuck together; a few words are gone from the essay. Very Good.

International shipping is by U.S. Postal Air or Priority Mail. Surface or Economy shipping is no longer available to us. Packages over 4 pounds must ship Priority.
