Quoting from the terms of reference, page 3 " ... To consider and examine the various processes for the production of oil from coal and certain other materials indigenous to this country, and to report on the economic possibilities, and on the advantages to be obtained by way of security of oil supplies in emergency." This book is an ex-library from the 'Munitions Supply Board Library & Defence Standards Laboratories Library". Library stamps have been placed to the top right hand corner of the front panel, to the top right hand corner and lower right-hand corner of the title page. Creasing of the book corners and there is a small quarter inch tear to the front cover edge approximately halfway down stop some various ink marks to both the front and rear panels. Sunning to the edges of the book with age toning and staining to the text block edges and age toning of the pages. Size: 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. 71, [1] pages,.
