Refunds
Returnable (with due notification) at anytime for a reasonable cause. If it is due to our error of description we will re-imburse any return mailing cost, and there is no 're-stocking' fee charged.
Holding Books
Books are held for the completing of purchase arrangements for one week only. As an open store holding any longer deprives our customers and visitors of their browsing purchase opportunity.
Shipping Policies and Rates
We mail books daily by US Postal Service (USPS). Other methods are by arrangement or request. Shipping costs are size and weight dependent. We ship and charge as close to cost as possible.
Within US Media Mail is $3.50 and Priority Mail $5.50. To Canada Air $10.00
International destinations served by Global Priority $13.50
We will advise you if costs are higher than the above. If shipping cost is of concern please enquire for quote.
