Original printed wrappers bound in. Written by the British naturalist and malacologist Thomas Nelson Annandale (1876-1924). Six parts were published, but this selection contain the complete malacological results, and the general introduction only. Several new species are described and illustrated. Published in the Society's Memoirs. Provenance: with on the front wrappers an "autograph" stamp of the American malacologist Arthur [Paul] Jacot (1890-1939); the first wrapper also stamped "With the Author's compliments"; and a stamp of the American malacologist Richard Irwin Johnson (1925-2020) in the top margin of the front wrappers.
