Second, enlarged and updated edition of a work by the mineralogist and conchologist Cyprien Prosper Brard (1786-1838). The first edition was published as Manuel du minéralogiste et du géologue voyageur (1805). Dedicated to Lacépède. Scattered light spotting, somewhat more so towards the endpapers andon the plate, otherwise a good copy in a very attracive binding. Ward and Carozzi, 304.
