Hard Cover in Sleeve. 108-page monograph, with introduction by Picasso and an essay by Peter Martin (both in French), illustrated with 9 textual illustrations and 37 full-page plates of the work, which consists of sculpture, aquarelles, and paintings. You may see echoes or at least affinities with Picasso in the work, but it is highly individual, especially his theatrical work. Fine hardcover binding in Fine dust jacket in card sleeve that is moderately sunned along one edge with some wear to corners and edges; paper label on sleeve is intact but lightly discolored. Fine/Fine.
