Generally clean inside and out with just a few stray external marks + lower corner of back cover has a very small bend crease. External rubbing mostly very light and completely limited to corners, edges and ends (very nice illustrated front cover). Spine titling in black is partially rubbed, but still easily legible. Two-color illustrations throughout interior. Endpapers illustrated black on gray. Front pastedown space "This is the Property of" filled-in with neat fountain pen: "Elmer Wigand, Hancock, Minn" (maybe written by his mom). RFEP tiny split top edge & two top corner creases. Very Good.
